After a tune-up, I cannot print to my HP Envy 5010

After running AVG Tune-up, I was persuaded to turn on some 'extra privacy' - I cannot remember what it was called, but it mentioned wi-fi vulnerability between my PC and the printer.
I cannot now print anything, but I can use the PC to scan a document - so the wi-fi appears to work!
What does anyone suggest?

  • Could you please confirm the operating system installed in your PC?
  • Have you tried to disable AVG Internet Security (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus) and check whether you can print?
  • Also, please check whether any printer component added in AVG Tuneup sleeplist. 
  • Do you have any other AVG products installed in your device?
