3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.

I can't shut down the Fire wall and I can't access the program.  I've tried everything and can't get the program to be deleted by using the Control Panel Programs & Features.  Using Windows7, 64 Bit.
