After I ran PCTuneUp, unable to save screen captured image

Hi Betty.
We're here to help. Please confirm how did you narrow down this issue to AVG PC TuneUp. To make sure the issue is caused by AVG PC TuneUp, we'd request to restore the changes made by TuneUp on your PC. Let us know which version of TuneUp are you using to proceed further.

Basically it's file access denied - I deleted about 12 GB with your Tune Up yesterday and all this happened after.

Get message I don't have permission to open files.
I was trying to save image, not open files.
I'm on Windows 10

Betty, I have sent you an email. Please attach the photos to the email to check the same or you can follow the steps from the email and get connected with our advanced support, they will check this for you.

I have taken 3 shots with my mobile phone but you only allow 1MB jpeg.  Is there an email I can send them to, Balasubramanian?  Thanks

I did that before writing here … doesn't work

Yes, I realize that, but could you take a picture of the message using your mobile phone and attach it here?

Betty, we request you to provide the screenshot of message that you receive while accessing the files.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for confirming, Betty.
Open AVG TuneUp, click Rescue Center on the right hand corner and click Undo against the changes you would like to restore.
