We are really sorry to know that your subscription says currently active in 2 devices when it's active on one device. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Your subscription can be activated only on 1 device. It seems that you have installed the programs on 2 devices but are currently active on 1 device.
Our system will scan for active devices once every 30 days, after 30 days all the inactive devices will be deactivated automatically and the correct device count will be updated.
Also if you reinstall AVG programs on the same device, it will be counted as a new device but it will be correct after 30 days and the correct device count will be updated.

I have stopped using my Windows 10, and the subscription says I have 2 laptops on it . How do I remove the on from window 10, and leave it on my window 11?
