Did anyone find a solution for this? I am facing it as well with Android 11 on my new Pixel 4a. It worked fine on my Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android 8.
Roger, did you ever get this figured out? I'm having an identical issue. Thanks!
Hi everyone, hoping this is an easy fix. My phone's OS was updated the other day to Android 10. Prior to the update Alarm Clock Xtreme worked like a charm. Alarm would go off and all I needed to do was reach over, grab the phone and hit the dismiss button. After the OS update the alarm sounds as before, but now I need to unlock the phone, launch the app and then dismiss the alarm. Just wondering if there is a way to get back to original way it worked. 3 steps instead of 1 is a tad annoying.
I have tried clearing the cache and data, reverting it back factoring install, have even resorted to uninstalling it and reinstalling but nothing changes. This is the Pro version by the way.
Thanks

I had the same problem just now with my new Google Pixel 6. Clearing storage and cache, force stop and restart didn't help, but I figured it out. You have to go to Settings for the Alarm Clock Extreme app and set "Display over other apps" to Allowed. Then the snooze and dismiss buttons will pop up even when locked.

I just left a comment here, but it appears to have disappeared. I just found that the Google Clock offers the snooze and dismiss buttons on the lock screen like Alarm Clock Xtreme used to do before I upgraded to Android 11 on the Pixel 4a.
