If yes, please install the free version of AVG from "Google Play Store" and activate the product by following the below steps.

Go to AVG > Upgrade > Menu (3 dots in top right corner) > Restore Purchase > data will be loaded from the Google account and AVG will be activated.

Last year I went ahead and purchased the Pro version through the app on my phone to get rid of the ads. Fine, until yesterday, when I switched to a new phone and suddenly you want me to pay ANOTHER $5 for Pro? I have tried many things but haven't been able to get Pro on my new phone. How can this be fixed?

My question is about your alarm clock app, not your antivirus software. No such option exists in Alarm Clock Xtreme. How can my purchase be restored for the alarm clock app?
