After an update in November I started having this issue with Alarm Clock Extreme. I definitely have the settings set so that the alarm should not sound in silent mode, but it does, very quietly, but still audible.
I have contacted AVG and they have said "Unfortunately we are unable to tell you the time it might take to release the fix", so I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas? I have uninstalled and re-installed the app a few times, but this issue remains.
I am using a Galaxy S5 Mini, which uses the 4.4.2 Kitkat Operating System.

I know AVG are looking into it, I was just checking to see if anyone in the communities maybe had a solution for this issue.
