Trying to install Albelli Photobook on Windows 8.1 machine. Installation fine until I try to open the app, it then tells me it cannot access the internet to check for latest version, and that I should change my firewall to allow the application (apc.exe.) to access the internet. When I check the allowed apps in AVG Firewall and Windows Firewall, apc.exe is allowed. Any assistance gratefully received!
Hello again, and thanksfor your very prompt response! I temporarily disabled AVG as per your instructions, but again Albelli Photo Book failed to start, with the same error messages. I then also disabled Windows Firewall (!), but again Albelli failed to start. Perhaps I need to contact Albelli for assistance?

Hello Allan. Do you mean that AVG is totally blocking the "Albelli Photo Book" application to be opened or does it only blocking it from getting updates from the internet?
