Alert windows can't handle font size

I have increased my Windows font display to 125% because I can't read six point type any more without getting a headache. This choice makes a problem with AVG alerts that pop up. See attached screen capture. The alert does not handle the increased font display properly. The text disappears off the right margin, and the close widget of the alert window is gone, inaccessible. I hope this does not require a huge amount of recoding, but it is going to have to be addressed. I'm not going to go blind just to accommodate AVG's lack of display versatility.
Why does attaching a picture have to be a URL? I have a screen grab. It is not out there on a web page. It is in my computer. Can't someone use a BBS program that allows uploading of pictures? This is infuriating.
Also, if I am logged into the AVG web site with my AVG identity, why do I have to log in again when I go to the support page? I'm already logged in> Why do I have to log in again? Isn't it the same web site? I am not happy with all this thoughtlessness. Programmers without imagination are uninspiring and disappointing.
