We are sorry to know this.
May I know which email client you are using like Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird etc.?
AVG will not treat all send or receive emails as spam and this could have happened due to change in outlook or in your email settings.

does anyone know why all my sent and received emails are treated as spam?  I'm not sure it it's an AVG thing or with domain name at 123-reg.co.uk
