An 86 year old pensioner in distress

Dear AVG Team, this is my second attempt to get a link to contact the AVG Sales Team. I need to be able to make a query via chat regarding the renewal of my AVG Ultimate (Multi Device) product. I keep going in circles and I am getting very distressed. Please, can somebody help me to finalise my transaction today. Time is running out. I need to ensure I can keep in touch with my family abroad. I cannot use the phone; I wear hearing aids and the digital phone line interferes with them making it impossible to have a decent call.
