We are sorry to inform you that Split tunneling option is available only in AVG Secure VPN for android. AVG Anti-virus for android does not have the option to exclude VPN services. You can use split tunneling option in AVG Secure VPN for android.

Hi there, I was wondering how to allow Android auto to be precluded from the VPN service in the AVG Antivirus Ultimate app as Android Auto does not work on a VPN connection.

In the AVG Secure VPN app there was an option to select split tunneling to exclude Android auto. However this does not seem to be a setting available to AVG Antivirus Ultimate?

Additionally, even within the split tunneling feature of AVG Secure VPN, in the later Android versions, Android Auto is now integrated into the Android settings and not recognised as a separate application, e.g. it is not shown in the app list for split tunneling.

What are my options to get this working. Thanks.
