I request you to follow below mentioned steps to turn on and off Anti-theft and check whether IMEI appears in your my.avg.com login.
1) Open AVG Antivirus app in your Android mobile.
2) Tap on drawer on top-left
3) Select Anti-Theft
4) Enter PIN if requested. If not create new.
5) Check whether Anti-Theft is turned ON.
6) Toggle the button to turn OFF and ON again.
7) Check whether all options are turned ON "displayed in orange".
8) Now login to http://my.avg.com with AVG My Account credentials.
Keep us informed about the status.
When accessing my device (Moto X-Play) from my.avg.com within the System tab, Hardware Information section, the field IMEI/MEID is marked as N/A. Whether this is Not Applicable or Not Available I am unsure, however in either case how can I enable this information to be displayed?

Alan, as you can see Balasubramanian has already advised this before your comment. I was trying to enlist the community to solve this problem, should I have not posted here first or is this below your level of expertise?
Alan, as far as I am aware this is the "AVG Support Community, Share tips and solutions on AVG Products" and as my question was regarding an AVG product it was valid to post it here. I am sorry to have upset a "GURU", but you post was surperfluous and if your expertise only extends to MS products perhaps you shouldn't comment on something you know nothing about. I am not sure how you have obtained guru status as most of your replies seem to either repeat an answer already given or point out how to take screen shots. In short you aren't contributing and seem to be a self important wannabe. Please take no further part in this query as there are only so many electrons to go round in the universe, so stop wasting them.
I have followed the above instructions and the field is still not populated. Please advise further.
