This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products."


Why after more than one year all my purchases in play for my android device are not renewed directly?, last year , i need to uninstall and install again, i know is a cheap purchase, but that should made it automatic and not the way is now.
Any other other fix or solution?

If the auto renewal was disabled for your AVG Android purchase then it won't get auto renewed.
To check it and get further assistance, I request you to contact our mobile team.
Please click on this link: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales .
Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.

We would like to inform you that, orders purchased in PlayStore will not be seen in AVG My Account.

Please follow the below steps to view your subscription in PlayStore:

1. Open Google Play on your device.
2. On left-side, tap drawer and login with your Google Play account.
3. Tap on "Accounts", select "Subscription" and locate the app you have purchased and you will find the subscription details.

We would also like to inform you that, our developers are working to view the orders purchased from Play Store in AVG My account.
We hope that this will get reflected soon in your account.
