I have a current 3 year VPN subscription which is active on my home PC. I've installed it on my mobile (android) phone from the Google Store on a free trial period, which is due to expire on 19 June. How do I tell the android version that my subscription is already paid for? At the moment, it wants to charge me £15.99 a year from 19 June.
I've spoken to tech support who have told me to cancel the subscription on my mobile, and I've now done that. It will still run the VPN until 19 June. What can I do after this date to get it up and running again under my paid-for subscription? I'm unable to find anywhere where it asks if it's already paid for.
