We're here to help. We'd request to reset AVG app and verify the update issue. To do so, navigate to the location mentioned below on your Android devices.
Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus -> Tap on clear cache and clear data -> Force stop the app once.
Since 27 december my tablet and phone are not accepting updates. the last date of update showing is prior to that shiwn on activity log. system says to check internet connection, that is fine. shut both down overnight but still same situation.
Help please.
Thanks. Done that . On activity log now shows 12.02 avg installed. virus definitions update failed downloading of VOS failed.
Read more of comments and questions and updated my phone using mobile data. Cannot do this on tablet but this seems very peculiar.
