Annoying AVG Tuneup Renewal Ad (popup) WHY?

Hello Steve,
Thank you for contacting AVG Support Community.
We will certainly check and help you.
As it is not recommended to discuss your order/subscription details over this public post. Hence, we've sent you an email to your registered email address. Please check for the email and revert to us.
Thank you for your understanding.

Why do you (Intuit) have an annoying popup ad to 'Renew Now" AVG Tune-up, without logical options in that most annoying popup ad to "Accept" or "Decline", and it is gone forever.  Instead you make your customers jump through loops, and buy more Intuit product (AVG internet Security) to stop the pop up.
I have been harrassed by this stupid and unnecessary popup for the past 6 months- everyday, 2 or 3 times a day, in the middle of my work and zoom and team sessions.
How about an Intuit CEO CIO looking at this message and making a management decision to fix it for good and not let it happen again.   I do not need a technical support answer.
Intuit needs to fix it.

We're glad to look into this & help you, Steve.

Please share us a screenshot of the pop-up you've been receiving, so that we can check & assist you accordingly.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also, please refer to the email we sent you for further information regarding the pop-up.
Thank you for understanding in advance!

So, how do I get this popup (AVG Tuneup Renewal offer) removed from my Windows 10 PC?
Is it imbedded in some file?   is it an executable that I can find and delete?
I do not want to block all popups in order to block your popup.
