Annoying moving toolbar

I have a new mobile device, avg now has an annoying toolbar which is always on my screen, just keeps moving from corner to corner, how do I remove this?

It seems that the Accessibility button has been enabled on your Android device. The AVG icon on the home screen you referred to could be related to accessibility permission. This is just my assumption, as this may differ based on the specific device model and android version. Please try to navigate to the phone settings - Accessibility - Installed services - AVG AntiVirus - AVG AntiVirus Shortcut. When you enable it, it creates a shortcut on the home screen that can be used for quickly disabling or enabling the service. Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.
