Hello Texgeno,
We're here to help.
We request you to open the AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on Menu - Settings - Full protection - Firewall - Below 'for apps with no defined rules' choose 'Auto decide' from drop down box.
Once it is done, AVG firewall will auto decide the permission and you wouldn't get repeated notification to allow access.
Thank you.
I don't have "full protection," therefore I could not follow your suggestion. I deleted AVG software and re-installed it , and the problem went away. I realize that is extreme way to solve problem, but the screen that popped up would not exit when I tapped on the x in the upper right hand side of the box.
When I exit MS Edge, a screen pops up every time regarding protecting my passwords. How can I get rid of this?

Thank you for updating the status, Texgeno.
