Computer crashed - Hard Drive Malfunction.
I have had a replacement drive installed with Windows10 (previously had Windows7Pro on the old drive).

My subscription for your AGV VPN is good for another 10 Months, but will not activate with the code that was sent to with the original installation, on the old drive.

Please advise
