Hej. Desværre har jeg i nogle dage været på syghus. Jeg vil dog gerne høre, om der er noget vedr. annullering og refusion af min betale fornyelse af Security VPN, der tilknyttet min mailkonto: ersten@live.dk. Når refusionen er godkendt bedes den tilknyttede konto slettet, så jeg kun har: eristeborn@gmail.com tilnyttet. Vil glæde mig at høre fra jer.Erik

Har for nyligt fornyet abb. på Scurity VPN. Desværre på en gammel konto: ersten@live.dk. Kan desværre ikke huske adgangskoden. Man kan jeg hjælpe mig.

As per your request, we've initiated the refund of your AVG Secure VPN subscription & have sent you an email confirmation.
Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email.
Once the refunded amount reaches, please visit this link, enter your email address and click on "Request Access".
Then, please check your inbox/spam folders for the email > click on "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for account/data deletion.
