Another unauthorised payment

I have just checked my bank account to find a payment of £63.99 has been taken from my account without my authorisation. I have checked spam and email records, nothing there and followed steps to cancel subscription. I know I haven't knowingly taken out a subscription, and right enough, according to your records I haven't got one, yet you have still taken £63.99 from my account. I am a single parent, this money is the difference between me and my child eating. I am beyond disgusted that a company as large as yours could use such disreputable tactics to make money. Unsurprisingly, it is almost impossible to contact you, so I will, hungry and getting further in debt because bills I need to pay and have budgeted for, are being returned because YOU have stolen money from me. Please respond quickly to save me anymore undue stress.

I got ripped off by this company also. Charged me $106 for a renewal fee that I knew nothing about. Charged me on 1st of the month on credit card. Didnt receive C.C bill till 10th of next month. Repersentative said sorry 30 days past. $106 for a $30 product.
