Thank you for your answer. I have not read your email before the deadline of 1 hour has expired.
(I'm an older lady and I have not turned on my PC all day)
What should I do to be able to renew my subscriptions via your link?

For information, I can state that I have now succeeded in updating my VISA card with you.

After updating my VISA card, is it possible that AVG can renew my subscription ??
