Hi Balasubramanian, Please help I'm having a nightmare.
I did as you suggested and everything was fine other pc tune up not starting. I opted to add the VPN security but when it came for payment the interface would now allow to assign my correct email address, the old fsmail id was hardcoded so I contacted the customer support number listed and the young lady eventually decided to put me through to technical support. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me so they cancelled the call. I can't call back because my phone doesnt recognise the toll free number and worse still, my AVG installation has reverted to AVG Free. I tried entering my licence number but it is unrecognised. Is it possible for someone to contact me?

Running the anti root kit scan in isolation reads 0 ojects and finishes immediately whereas prior to the last windows update (this week).

You advise though that I should uninstall, then use the remover tool, then do a fresh install? I assume pc Tune Up will also be uninstalled as part of the process?

I've also noted that my post update memory scan fails to run. On checking the reports archive it becomes obvious that the definitions update isn't working properly as it quotes that evrything is up to date. Strange how all these problem magically appear after a windows update!

Avinash, That is a very old email address and I dont understand where you got it because "MY ACCOUNT" lists the correct (email address removed).
