Not sure why but the anti-spam buttons have now reappeared in the Outlook 2016 tool bar. Interestingly, anti-spam was still marking identified emails but not moving them to the junk email folder.
Oh well, all well that ends well!
I have seen several postings about this on the AVG support group but with no answers forthcoming.
AVG Anti-Spam installs an Add-In for MS Outlook that shows four buttons labeled Spam, Not Spam, Blacklist, and Whitelist to help train the component. These has now disappeared.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled AVG, re-instslled anti-spam and enabled it several times but to no avail. No AVG anti-spam add-in is shown as installed in Outlook 2016. Other spam checkers load their add-ins correctly so what has happened to AVGs on a product I actually pay for?
Chris
All is working fine now - yes it is fully installed. Thank you.
