Anti theft feature

Hi, I had used Avg anti theft on a phone that I no longer use. Unfortunately, I can no longer remember the pin and the phone has been subsequently locked, therefore I cannot reset the pin due to a lack of access to mobile data and an inability to connect to a Wi-Fi network. I have tried to turn the anti theft product off remotely via my account but the locked status remains on the phone. All I have managed to do is wipe the phones details from my anti theft information. 


Thanks Sarath, I've tried the factory/master reset option, sadly to no avail.
