Hello, Czar.

I regret to hear about the inconvenience this may have caused. Please follow the steps provided below to turn off the siren or to unlock the locked device.

1. Visit my.avg.com.
2. 2. Login with AVG MyAccount credentials.
3. You can find device listed.
4. Click on 'Siren', click on Siren 'Off' and click Send.
5. Then select 'Unlock' next to 'Siren', click on Unlock again and 'Send'.

i cant open my phone because of this app. it keep saying" this phone has been lost or stolen." it all started when i received a call then suddenly i heared this annoying siren alarm interrupting our conversation. i keep trying to recover the pin. when i recovered it, it just keep on loading… what can i do here?
