Dean, you can also reset the phone too. Just press and hold the power button, the volume down, and the home button all together for  5 seconds, then release. You are back in your phone, now just put back in your phone numbers. You have just put it back to the factory default settings.

Ok I have samsun s4 that I was switching providers. Had phone unlocked and anti theft screen poped up could not remember password and guy at phone store told me to take s4 off the remote list now still not unlocking and now I see big bold print not to take it off remote. What can I do to use this phone. frustrating
