I recommend contacting AVG for Android team directly through AVG >> Settings >> Help >> Contact us. This way you will provide them with details about your device and they will be able to help you more accurately.

I have installed AVG Pro on my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and  Shout and Lock commands work well (almost instantly) but the Locate command always runs for about 4 minutes then says "Device location was not found". The phone is running Android 4.4.2 and has all location services switched on (GPS, WiFI and Mobile Networks). I have tried sending the locate command from the AVG Anti Theft website while the phone has been in various locations but get the same result. Can anyone help?
