Hi! i forgot my password and did a password reset it was successful. now tried to unlock my phone with new password didn't work because mobile data was off so it means sync didn't work. Sent a case to AVG tecnical support, they responded and said i must hardreset my Sony. tried to hardreset still unlock screen shows up. How can solve this problem?
