Hello Robert.

Ever since I installed AntiTrack I have had this problem of the internet inexplicable dropping out after about 30 or 40 minutes. If I shut down and start up again it is fine, (for another 30 or 40 minutes).
If I leave AntiTracker turned off, I don't seem to get the problem, but this rather defeats the purpose. I have heard that other people have had a similar problem. It is not my provider, or the NBN, as I can use my Ipad and mobile on Wifi, from my network, without any problems.
Also, and it may or may not be coincidental, If I try to check that Internet security is working I get a Dialogue box that reads, "An attempt has been made to enter a protected are of AVG etc" it then asks if I want to continue and asks for a password. If I put in what I think is the right password it tells me password fail, but gives no indication of what I need to do. I am cetainly not trying to do anything more than confirm the software is on and working. How do I get these situations resolved? I am not very computor savy and AVG does not seem to be offering any help that I can make sense of.
