I have the exact same issue.

Hello

I have an issue with AVG anittrack, I constantly get notifications about blocked tracking attempts with the same constant number (2160). The message continuously pops up every 10 seconds or so. I also cannot enable the features of AntiTrack found under the different categories (Anti-tracking, browser protection, and system confidentiality (loose translations to english)). When I try switching those functions on, they immediately reset back to "off" again.
I'm on version 3.0.185.190

Yes, I tried re-installing and the issue persists. I'm on a windows PC
I have attach a screenshot showing both the notification that keeps popping up, but also the three functionalities of AVG Antitrack that I can't enable
