I am running XP. I have no other anti-virus program. I have AVG 2015.
It worked fine until yesterday. I have 2 problems.
(1) "Firewall Stopped"- Clicked on it-message- "File and printer sharing disablerd." Clicked on Fix Now-Error message-"Could not finish automatic state repair. Clicked on change-nothing changed. Clicked on reset to default-nothing changed.
(2) "Computer not protected"- clicked on it. message-""Anti-virus partially protected." Message at bottom of screen-"Resident shield component not active." Clicked on Fix Now- error message-"Could not finish automatic state update."
What do I do?

Please remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ) and then I request you to install 'AVG Internet Security' based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) .To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218

Run the downloaded file and follow the instructions displayed on your screen to complete the installation of AVG Internet Security. Please let us know if the issue is resolved after reinstalling the AVG program. Thank you.
