Hello. I just renewed my internet security subscription. I also got the 9.99 anti-virus add-on.
I received confirmation key numbers for both purchases. I was able to renew the Internet Security product by cutting and pasting its new key, but when I tried similarly to register the 9.99 anti-virus add-on, AVG said "something went wrong" in red. Also, in red, "invalid number".   Have checked it several times, all correctly cut and pasted from AVG. Perhaps the 9.99 item does not have to be registered? Help?
