I have recently had email advising renewal due this month along with invoice details, order number 704-0041016 this has been followed by another email stating cover runs out in 15 days. Very confused as following first email followed instructions to update cover, then followed instructions of second email, giving payment details. This then resulted in getting message that I could not procede, have now got two licence numbers and not sure if I am covered or not or if I will be charged twice! As I am not tech savi find this very daunting and very confusing. Please advise as to what I should do asap.
