Regarding the antivirus subscription, we can help you exchange the purchased subscription for AVG Internet Security.

Hi - thought i was getting the anti virus protection but my subscription says I paid for Anti-track and the TuneUp but that it's being used on 0 devices even though I went through the downloading process and put in the activation code? I had the same virus pop up a few days ago that caused me to sign up with you beginning of June.  I just want the anti-virus and thought that's what I was paying for. Any help would be much appreciated.
