Thanks for the reply.  I am stuck on the step in this article where I have to delete antitrack folder from my C: as it says it is in use by anothe programme?  I have closed down all other applications…

I installed AVG antitrack yesterday and have now noticed I can't access some websites - strava and wetransfer are two examples.  Does anyone know if this is likely to be an issue with antitrack?  Seems a bit odd.  Thanks!

I'd request to boot your PC in safe mode and then try to remove the file.
