AntiTrack setting deactivates himself

Hello, 
This problem started two days ago on my PC, one of the AntiTrack settings deactivates himself.
It is the setting: "Preserve the confidentiality of what I do on my computer".
Te message is: "Your settings have been changed by an external application"

I try to post a screeshot but it did not work. When I click on the "mountain icon" the following page is blocked ? How can I do ?
