David, let me clarify this for you.
Tracking detection will delete the cookies in real time, which might cause the website to load slowly or somtimes failed to load it.
However, when we turn off the tracking detection, the cookies won't be deleted in real time. So you won't face any difficulties in loading the website.
Thank you for understanding.
Hi David,
We'll certainly help you further.

Also, try the same in different browser and check if you receive the same error message.

Hi Sarath
No it is any website that I try to access using Edge.
Google chrome seems to work, as well as avg secure browser.
When I unticked tracking detection, then Edge works again so that would imply a conflict of some sort…

So what does it do?
David, disabling tracking detection feature will not affect the protection of your browser.
Instead, AVG Anti-Track will not gather the data that are related to the attempts made for tracking.
