2. Do you have any VPN program installed in your device?
3. What are all the AVG products installed in your device?
4. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device.

I have done the above as I am having the same issue. I have disabled AVG and the print works. Even with your suggestion about allowing window files and printer sharing. My printer still wont work when AVG is on?

l have just bought this printer and l suspect that my AVG antivirus is preventing me downloading the appropriate printer driver to my laptop. How can l temporarily disable the antivirus software or make it work with Windows 10?
