Antivirus deleted ALL VIDEOS AND PHOTOS without warning

Dear costumer Service! After a virus scan on my samsung phone suddenly all of my Photos and Videos werde erased from my phone. Not found in any place they are gone even from the restore sektion of my phone! Please help me out, thank you!
