AntiVirus Free keeps notifying me that it is upgraded to 20.5

After the update to 20.5 it keeps telling me multiple times that it upgraded to that version, even after I click "Got it" or close the message. After every reboot/login, it comes again.

Any ideas how to stop that ?

This isn't the expected behavior.
Please repair AVG Antivirus free as mentioned in this article and check the status.
