I just submited a problem, Patricia Gwiazda.  After I sent this, it said that AVG would review.  

What dlo I do in the mean time.  Do I stay on this screen or do you send message to me through my email address:  [Email Address Removed].

I paid for your service last November 27, 2017, but it seems I am not getting your service.  This is my second submitting of questions and problems.
