Hello Jon,

We request you to ensure that the Permanent notification is enabled. When this notification is disabled, Android may cause issues with App Locking or kill the AVG AntiVirus for Android process.

Please follow the steps below to enable the AVG notifications:

Open AVG Anti-virus -> Tap on the drawer menu (three lines) at the top left corner -> Settings -> Notifications -> Permanent Notifications -> Enable.

Restart the device and check whether app lock feature is working properly. If you are still experiencing the same issue, please write back to us with screen shot the Applock settings page.

Hi I have a Huawei  emui 5.1 android version 6 or 7 can't quite remember.

Avg full premium paid for version APP lock keeps turning itself off. Any ideas?
