I have been trying to get my software activated but with no luck.
I have re-installed and cleaned with AVG tool with no luck many times. I managed to download the offline install and that worked. But when it comes to adding a key for activation it reverts to the trial version. I will not even let me log in on the app online. The folks for AVG have tried to help but no luck. This has been elevated but have not heard anything yet. the ticket is 13315302. still waiting.
So I thought maybe someone here can help.
