May I know what is the name of the app? Is it a browser extension or a software installed on your PC?
Does AVG report it as a threat and removes it?
I have a number of apps on my devices that are ones I've had for a long time. They track my website visits etc and I get paid for it. Since I purchased and installed AVG and its other associated products one app is not working. Consequently I'm losing my payments. I've repeatedly tried putting it into my browser extensions but it appears your software immediately removes it. A. C. Nielsen, the app owner has asked me to ask you for advice.
