I had got the same issue during installing AVG on my Windows 10 OS last day. i searched a lot and found the fix for 0xc000007b (http://ageofwindows.com/solved-0xc00007b-error-application-unable-start-correctly/) error. There are 3 reasons behind this issue. As a Avg lover, I can't skip those and finally succees installation without error. Check it out.

This is most likely a DLL problem. If possible, can you run the command prompt within Windows with elevated rights and run the following command
SFC /SCANNOW
See if Windows can discover the issue and resolve the errors it finds.

I’m downloading the AVG Internet Security and I get the following error.
“Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).Click OK to close the application”
I have tried more than once and even downloaded it again from the AVG website but I still get the same error.
