From your account I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) so it can be installed in multiple computers (all windows computer, mac computers and android devices). As you said, "spouses laptop is not protected" I request you to take a picture of that error message and share with us to assist you further.

We received notice that my spouses laptop is not protected. We are not sure if we have protection at all. Please advise
