We couldn't find the charge under your email address whereas it was found under "Maria fe Robles" account.
The $49.99 charge was debited for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices as there was 60 day trial signed up for it which had auto renewal enabled.
We have sent an email for you to provide the exact email address registered with the trial and the last four digits of the card number for verification.
Once it is verified, we will proceed with the refund.

currently im being charge in my credit card for your product cost me 49.99 dollars without knowing it cause i dont even now your product at all, can you help me refund my money?
