We request you to check if your program is activated, if not please refer to this article and activate your AVG Secure VPN subscription once again and check with the issue.

If the issue still persists, please share us the screenshot of it to check and assist you further,

VPN will not start, takes me to a screen saying it is almost ready I just have to pay first.  My subscription isn't up for renewal until Dec.

Please close this window and follow the below steps to activate your AVG Secure VPN subscription:

AVG Secure VPN > My AVG > My Subscription > Click on Login to your AVG My account

Use your AVG My account email address and password to activate your current subscription.
